DLV German Air Sports Association Cap Badge

A DLV (German Air Sports Association) cap badge, depicting a pair of stylised horizontal three-pinion wings supporting a vertical two-bladed propeller, all in white metal, over the centre of which imposed a black enamel swastiks with gilt metal edges, with a red enamel ring on the outer rim.   The reverse is embossed with “K.WURSTER D.L.V. M.NEUKIRCHEN” complete with both prongs measuring; 70.80 mm x 31.52 mm; weighing 15.9 grams in good condition.
