1st Bn Border Regiment Cloth Shoulder Titles
A rare set of original Border Regiment Cloth Shoulder Titles post-war, machine-embroidered in yellow on green felt with purple backing, in very good condition unissued. The 1st Battalion the Border Regiment were part of 1st Airborne Division, who were involved in the battle of Arnhem in operation Market Garden, who were inserted by Horsa gliders.

King’s Own Regiment Officer’s Airborne Beret
A rare and genuine King's Own Regiment Officer's Airborne Beret, constructed in maroon wool with officer's bullion cap badge with maroon backing. The unit served as part of 14 Airlanding Brigade, 44th Indian Division, which was short lived and only existed from November 1944 - February 1945. Inside the liner has the popular tailors label 'Conway William of London'. The beret has one small moth hole, otherwise in good condition.

Border Regiment Victorican Cap Badge
An original Border Regiment Victorian cap badge, die-stamped in white metal. The obverse of the cap badge depicts a five pointed star with a Maltese cross, with a laurel wreath behind. On the four arms the battle honours of the regiment are displayed, in the centre of the the cross the circle is inscribed ARROYO DOS MOLINOS 1811, and within the circle, voided, a Chinese Dragon superscribed CHINA, backed with red fabric. Behind the cross is aa laurel wreath. Below the lower three points of the Star a scroll inscribed 'THE BORDER REGIMENT', surmounted by a Victorian crown. The reverse of the cap badge is complete with brass sliver, with no damage or repairs in good condition.
