The obverse of the badge depicts an Irish Harp surmounted by an Imperial crown and resting on a wreath of shamrocks. Below is a scroll inscribed ‘8th (IRISH) BN THE KING’S REGIMENT L’POOL’. The reverse of the badge has a brass slider, in good condition.
