The cockade and wreath is two part contruction with a red felt centre the reverse is stamped with a “M” makers mark for Maedicke complete with prongs. The cap eagle is unamarked complete with all the prongs and measures 70mm x 30mm. The insignia has no damage or repairs, in good condition.

An unissued NSDAP political visor cap wreath and cockade, two-part construction the wreath is die-stamped gilt aluminum in the shape of oak leaves, accompanied by its red enameled tri-colour cockade with a canted swastika in the centre. The cockade is stamped with Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo on the reverse "M1/63" by Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid, both insignia come complete with lugs. In addition, the badge comes complete with original RZM label making this item extremely rare, and in mint condition.
