Kreta Cuff Title

A nice example of a Kreta cuff title/armband (Ärmelband “Kreta”) full length constructed in white cotton, embroidered in golden yellow with the inscription “Kreta” (Crete) in roman style font, flanked on each side by acanthus leaves with Russian braid top and bottom.  The reverse of the cuff title is plain, with two inward folds on the top and bottom, approximately 12-13mm deep, with the RBN number (Reichsbetriebsnummer) stamp which indicates the location and contractor who produced the title.  Overall the length of the cuff title is 44-45mm in length, unissued, in extremely fine condition.
