A scarce WW2 German Polizei General's Sleeve Eagle Badge, hand embroidered in gold bullion thread on field green wool backing. The badge depicts the German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, inside an oval oak leaf wreath, measuring 92mm (w) x 76 mm (h). The reverse has a black padded backing, in mint condition.

WW2 German Polizei Gendarmerie NCO Shako
A WW2 German Polizei Gendarmerie NCO Shako 1936 pattern, worn by rural police. The shako is constructed in molded, black vulcan fibre body with green wool exterior and two ventilation holes situated on each side, complete with a brown lacquered leather peak and chin strap. The front of the shako is complete with large aluminum Police Eagle, with the National tri-color cockade above. The inside of the police shako is complete with the original leather drawstring, with the maker mark Hans Römer in Neu-Ulm (Donau). Overall, this is an excellent item that is very desirable in mint condition which would make a great display.
