Royal Observer Corp Cap Badge

A Royal Observer Corp Cap Badge, constructed in white metal the badge depicts a figure of an Elizabethan coast watcher on the ground, holding aloft a torch in the right hand and shielding his eyes with the left, surrounded by a laurel wreath, surmounted by a King’s crown with a scroll below “FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED”.   The reverse is complete with two brass lugs, in good condition.
