A rare original British Parachute Jump Instructor (PJI) Qualification Badge, machine embroidered in pale blue thread on black wollen backing. The obverse of the badge depicts a pair of angular drooping wings, between which an opened parachute, enclosed by a laurel wreath. The reverse of the badge has a hesian style backing. The badge has no damage or repairs in good condition.

The badge was awarded to personnel who passed the A.P.J.I. (Assistant Parachute Jumping Instructors) course at a recognised RAF Parachute Training School and who have been employed in an airbourne unit as an assistant parachute jumping instructor.
An original First Allied Airborne WW2 formation badge, machine embroidered. The badge depicts a light blue shield at the top of which is a black band with the words 'Allied Airborne' in yellow; below, a white figure '1' with yellow wings above a pair of crossed gladiator swords, point down, on a purple-red background. The badge has no damage or repairs in good condition.
A extremly rare 3rd SAS (Special Air Service) WW2 shoulder title, hand embroidered in Cambridge blue thread on maroon woollen backing. The reverse has black fabric backing with no damage or moth holes.
A British RASC WW2 Air Despatch Group Patch, constructed in cotton screen printed. The badge depicts a yellow 'Dakota' aircraft, on a royal blue backgroud. The badge was awarded as an honour to the Air Despatch Group, Royal Army Service Corps (RASC), after the Arnhem operation in which some 116 air despatchers lost their lives. It is worn on the left breast of the flying overall only. However, the badge comes facing both left and right and as such was obviously intended for wear as facing pairs. In addition, the flying overalls do not appear to carry the title as well as the badge. On this basis it is possible that the badge was originally worn on both sleeves and that the title was worn below the badge in a similar fashion to the 'AIRBORNE' title in relation to the Pegasus badge. Examples of the badge exist where the tail of the Dakota is rounded at the top and it is believed that this is a post-war modification to the original design.
