The badge has no damage or repairs with a nice patina with the majority of the gilt remaining; in very good condition.

The reverse of the badge has no makers mark but attributed to Schwerin Berlin, and known to collectors as the type 2 varient, complete with a vertical style pin with block hinge, and soldered catch. The badge has 90% of the guilding remaining with no damage or repairs with nixe patina in good condition.

Original Kriegsmarine Destroyer Badge by Josef Feix & Söhne (Zerstörerkriegsabzeichen) mid to late war constructed in zinc. The wreath and eagle have a nice golden wash, and the ship and waves retain the original silver finish. The reverse of the badge is stamped with the "JFS" makers mark for Josef Feix & Söhne in Gablonz. The hardware includes a soldered ball hinge and round wire catch. The badge still retains nice gilding, but the top hook is missing otherwise in worn condition.

A mint Auxiliary Cruiser Badge (Kriegsabzeichen für Hilfskreuzer) constructed of gilded and silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, surmounted by a Kriegsmarine eagle clutching a mobile swastika, around a central depiction of a Viking longship sailing over the Northern Hemisphere. The reverse includes a block-style hinge banjo pin with a classic flat wire catch soldered directly to the badge, unmarked but attributed to C.E. Juncker. The badge measures 44.1 mm (w) x 57.0 mm (h), and weighs 37 grams, and has no damage or repairs in very good condition.

Constructed in bronzed zinc, the obverse consists of an oval laurel wreath, with a raised U-Boat in the centre with a hollow backdrop topped with a Kriegsmarine National Eagle clutching a mobile swastika, flanked on each side by oak leaves. The reverse of the clasp is embossed with the manufacturer's name and location "Ausf. Schwerin Berlin 68" and the designer's name "Entwurf Peekhaus" complete with horizontal tapered pinback with an integral hinge and a crimped flat wire catch, measuring 76.46 mm (w) x 24.08 mm (h); weighing 19.2 grams; in very good condition.
