The badge despicts a Wehrmacht National eagle with down swept wings clutching a canted swastika in its talons, with three looped chevrons below. The reverse of the insignia still has its original protective blue paper backing intact.

Kriegsmarine Destroyer Badge By JFS
Original Kriegsmarine Destroyer Badge by JFS (Zerstörerkriegsabzeichen) mid to late war constructed in zinc. The wreath and eagle on the obverse have a nice golden wash, and the ship and waves retain the original silver finish. The reverse of the Destroyer Badge is flat with "JFS" maker marked for Josef Feix & Söhne in Gablonz, with a ball hinge and round wire catch that are both crimped in place; measuring 53.3mm x 45.8mm and retains a large amount of gilding and is in very good condition. The badge has no signs of damage or repair by a desirable maker, in good condition.

Scare late war Kriegsmarine U-Boat Clasp Bronze By Schwerin Berlin (U-Boot-Frontspange Bronze). Constructed in bronzed zinc, the obverse consists of an oval laurel wreath, with a raised U-Boat in the centre with a hollow backdrop topped with a Kriegsmarine National Eagle clutching a mobile swastika, flanked on each side by oak leaves. The reverse of the clasp is embossed with the manufacturer's name and location "Ausf. Schwerin Berlin 68" and the designer's name "Entwurf Peekhaus" complete with horizontal tapered pinback with an integral hinge and a crimped flat wire catch, measuring 76.46 mm (w) x 24.08 mm (h); weighing 19.2 grams; in very good condition.

The obverse of the badge depicts a frontal image of a battleship through the waves surrounded by an oval oak leaf wreath, surmounted by a Kriegsmarine Eagle clutching a swastika. The reverse of the decoration has the maker's mark "FEC. ADOLF BOCK AUSF. SCHWERIN BERLIN" complete with a vertical block hinge and flat wire catch. The badge has a beautiful patina with 85% of the gilt still remaining by desirable make, in great condition.
