Luftwaffe Afrika Korp Pith Helmet
A worn Luftwaffe Afrika Korp pith helmet, body constructed in cork covered in cloth with tan leather trim with zinc Luftwaffe cap insignia on the left side, and tri-colour decal shield on the other. The pith helmet leather headband is intact, complete with red lining in cloth which is sunbleached. The inside brim of the helmet includes the recipient’s name “Ernst Schindler” and various battles in Sicily including “Augusta, Comiso, Etna 1942, Catania, Palermo”. The helmet is in worn condition, interesting piece for any collection.

Heer Officer Administrative Visor Cap By Erstklassig
A Heer Officer Administrative Visor Cap by Erstklassig, constructed in doeskin wool with a dark green central band, and dark green Waffenfarbe piping for (Heeresverwaltung) Army Administration Branch. The visor cap features a high peak crown complete with Wehrmacht eagle insignia, and a padded silver bullion wire oak wreath with a metal cockade in the centre. The silver twisted bullion chin cord is attached either side of the cap by silver pebbled buttons, which sits beautifully on the black lacquered leathered peak. The interior of the cap is lined with beige satin fabric with clear diamond celluloid in the centre with the classic markers mark "Erstklassig Gesetz Gesch" which depicts a diamond shape surmounted by an eagle with outstretched wings facing the left. The brown leather sweatband is embossed with "Riviera" between two logos stamped on either side. The cap has a beautiful shape in nice condition.
