Luftwaffe Steel Belt Buckle Late War
A late war Luftwaffe steel belt buckle, die stamped construction in dark blue steel. The obverse of the buckle the Luftwaffe eagle cluching a canted eagle surrounded laurel wreath with pebbled background the outer border is plane unlike earlier versions. The reverse of the buckle is unmarked with no damage or repairs in mint condition.

The reverse is stamped with the makers mark R.S.&S. for Richard Sieper & Söhne, Lüdenscheid, with matching leather tab which is dated 1938. The buckle has nice gilt finish with no damage or repairs textbook example in very good condition.
