A rare National Faithful Service Medal 50 Years with presentation case, constructed from die-struck nickel silver base with gold-coloured gilt. The medal features a cross pattée with an oak leaf wreath running between the cross’s arms, with a black-enamelled swastika in the centre bearing the number 50 in gold in the top arm. The reverse includes the inscription “FUR TREUE DIENFTE” (FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE). The award comes complete with the original presentation case covered in red leatherette exterior embossed with 50 with oak leaves wreath, with light scuff marks otherwise in good condition. The interior of the presentation box is is lined with rayon and the lid is stamped Deschler & Sohn of Munich. The medal and case have no damage or repairs in good condition.

The National Faithful Service Medal (Treudienst-Ehrenzeichen für Beamte Angestellte und Arbeiter im öffentlichen Dienst) was a German medal of honour instituted on the 30th January 1938, in two grades to reward civilians and military for long and faithful service.
The reverse of both awards was stamped with “Für treue Dienste” which translates to faithful Services. The ribbon for the medal is cornflower blue.

Included in the set is an Iron Cross 2nd Class and The Order of the Star of Romania, Knight, Type 2, each displayed with their original ribbon bar. An orginal German WW2 Iron Cross EK1 1939 By Klein & Quenzer with presentation case and original outer cardboard box. The cross is three-part construction complete with magnetic iron core. The cross has a nice matt black core with nice border and silver frame with sharpe details on the date and swastika. The reverse of the cross has a block barrel hinge and flat with 'C' catch with the LDO code stamped on the banjo style pin "65" indicating the or the manufacture by the firm of Klein & Quenzer AG in Idar/Oberstein. The award comes complete with the presentation case covered in black leatherette embosed on the lid with a silver iron cross, which is linned in white rayon and the base in which the iron cross sits is covered in biege felt. The Iron Cross also comes complete with outer cardboard box marked "Eisernes Kruez, 1 Klasse, 1939" (Iron Cross, 1st Class, 1939) complete with the maker on the side Klein & Quenzer A-G Oberstein. The Iron Cross EK1 1939 has no damage or repairs in good condition.

The set includes a German Iron Cross 2nd Class with magnetic iron with factory paint finish, with nice silver frame, unmarked medal ring, The second medal features the Romaanian 'Against Communism' 1941 medal. The obverse of Romanian medal depicts a portrait of a female facing towards the left and circumscribed 'Romania Recunoscatoare' (Romania Recognisant). The reverse of the medal features a hand holding a sword vertically with sun rays to the left and right of the hilt, and circumscribed '1941' inscribed 'Cruciada Importava Comunismului'. Both medals on tge medal group have no damage or repairs in very good condition.
Original NSDAP Long Service Medal 10 Years with presentation box, constructed in zinc with original ribbon. The obverse of the medal has a beautiful bronze finish with nice patina, and the suspension ring is unmarked. The reverse of the NSDAP Medal has the inscription “Treue für Führer und Volk” (Loyalty to Leader and People). The presentation box is covered in brown leatherette embossed with a golden National Eagle cluchting a wreathed swastika in its talons. The obverse of the round medal features a Maltese Cross in the centre with four Wehrmacht Eagles between the arms, with cross swords above attached to the suspension ring. The medal comes complete with the original ribbon. The reserve of the medal is embossed with the wording ‘Deutsche Verdienst Medaille’ (German Merit Cross’.
