A collection of WW2 RAF Flying Officers Insignia including a set of shoulder boards for the rank of flying officer and RAF Pilot wings embroidered on black cloth on hessian-style backing. The medal ribbon bar includes (Distinguished Flying Cross, 1939-45 Star, Air Crew Europe Star, WW2 British Defence Medal, War Medal 1939–1945, Campaign, Post WW2 Campaign Medal, and Long Service Good Conduct Medal). A nice little grouping in good condition.

A rare Irvin Parachute Company Qualification Enamel Badge, circa 1940s. The obverse of the badge depicts a parachute canopy inlaid with dark blue and white enamel, with gold wings with the title below IRVIN. The reverse has the makers mark "H.W.Miller Ltd Branston St B'Ham.18, Made in England"; measuring 33mm (w) x 19mm (h); complete with a coiled retaining pin and hook. Overall, the badge has no damage or repairs and is in very good condition.
