A scarce Technische Nothilfe (TENO) EM/NCO's Hewer By Carl Eickhorn. This Teno Hewer has a scimitar-shaped blade with a curved edge, and a straight back with a narrow fuller on both sides. The blade is constructed in steel and coated in nickel-silver, unsharpened tip, and edges. The reverse of the ricasso has the classic maker's mark logo of a squirrel grasping a sword for “Eickhorn, Solingen”, with the "Ges Gesch" patent mark above. The metal hilt features an asymmetrical crossguard that extends only a little way above the grip at the top and tapers towards a scroll finial at the bottom and is marked underneath on the blade with the serial number "1161", which matches the scabbard. The white grips are secured to the tang by two screws, and the pommel is shaped like an eagle's head and features a raised cog-shaped motif, coated in nickel with slight flaking. The metal scabbard is painted black with a magnetic metal shaft marked "1161" with a metal throat and tip, which has slight rust spots which can be easily cleaned. The TENO Hewer comes complete with a leather hanger, with an aluminum snap clip which has the maker's marked logo "A" on the reverse for Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid. The buttonhole that secures the handle is torn, complete with the original portepee for a TENO Technical service NCO. Overall the TENO Hewer and Scabbard are in good condition and would make a great display for any collection.

A German WW2 Kriegsmarine Officers Dagger by Carl Eickhorn, fine example with white celluloid grip with wire binding still in place. The pommel eagle portrays outstretched wings and holds a wreathed swastika in its talons, is in excellent condition. Both of the crossguard's arms have fine acanthus leaves with button-lined ends and a nipple in the centre, and the crossguard's centre blocks have fouled anchors. The screw-in type button is reliable and functional. The grip is made of white celluloid base that has been securely wrapped in twisted brass wire, with no chips or cracks. The lightning bolt scabbard is an exceptionally good specimen with no dents at all. The blade is in great condition nickel plated with the distinctive logo of a squirrel for Carl Eickhorn which is a desirable maker with no damage or repairs in great condition.

An original NSKK leaders’ dagger by Eickhorn, double-edged blade with nickel fittings. The blade is acid etched with the SA motto “Alles für Deutschland” (Everything For Germany) and the reverse side of the ricasso has the makers “RZM M7/66” for Carl Eickhorn, Solingen. The blade is full length with beautiful crossgrain. The wooden grip handle is in beautiful condition complete with nice round enamel SA insignia, and crisp German Eagle mounted with no chips or cracks. The plated upper and lower crossguards remain bright, and the scabbard has a beautiful black glossy factory finish, with no chips or scratches. The nickel-silver plated chain features the NSKK eagles on the obverse and sun wheel swastikas and Nordic triangular “Thurs” rune (symbolising the power of the God Thor). The reverse of the chain is stamped “NSKK Korpsfuhrung Musterschutz” and “A RZM M5/8” (F. W. Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid). It seems that the spring is absent from the spring clip. Overall the condition of the NSKK leaders’ dagger is exceptional, and would be a perfect addition to any collection and would be hard to upgrade.
