WW1 British Prismatic Compass Verner’s Pattern VIII

A rare WW1 British Prismatic Compass Verner’s Pattern VIII made by F.Darton & Co London, dated 1917.  Featuring a brass case and mounted with a lanyard ring. The glass face and numbered brass outer ring are perfectly intact. The lid is stamped Verner’s Patent VIII, complete with a leather strap and case in very good condition.
